Job Description

Are you a Building Services Maintenance or Multi Skilled Engineer looking for a new role that will keep you based in the Bristol area.This exciting opportunity would suit either an Electrically or Mechanically qualified Maintenance engineer that would like to be kept local to the Bristol area,As Building Services Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to 5 large buildings in Bristol, 3 based in and around the city centre, 1 in the Aztec west area and 1 TBC later this year.You will works 5 days per week 8 hours 40 hours a week. (flexible start and finished)Responsibilities -

  • Electrical and Mechanical PPMS and reactives
  • Develop relationship with building managers.
  • Main duties ppms to office blocks, M&E and some fabric (fabric engineers will pick up this aspect) systems include all electrical, Mechanical ( HVAC, Ahus, Cooling towers, specialist contractor for works.) working to SFG20
  • On one site they have a Versatemp systems.(training can be given)
  • Experience / knowledge of BMS
Salary £38-42k + over time and call out once all the buildings are open.You will be given an option of an EV van - They will pay for charger to be fitted, you claim mileage to cover cost however you can also charge this on site during working hours if charger points are available.No call out for now but this may change later this year, if so then it would only be to cover the 4 buildings no other contracts.Candidates applying should be qualified electrically or mechanically and have a good working knowledge and experience of M&E Services such as Lighting, Power, BMS, HVAC, AHUs, Cooling towers (desirable)For further information on the role and the company recruiting please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Gary Cornes for a confidential chat.Required skills
