Azure Consultant, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, Cloud, VMware, O365, Virtualisation, Transformation, Architecture, Design, Consultant, Cloud Consultant, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid, MS Modern Workplace, O365Permanent: £50K basic - + 20% bonus + benefits Location: Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Gloucester Job Title: Azure ConsultantChapman Tate Associates seeks an Azure Consultant to join this leading IT Services and Consulting business, whom are dedicated to making the difficult feel easy for their customers. They specialise in Digital Transformation, Workspace transformation and Datacentre centric solutions around the complete IT lifecycle management.Working within an estavlished Azure practice my client is looking for an experienced Azure Consultant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Azure design with a good general awareness and experience of the wider Microsoft 365 portfolio.This role will be pivotal in acting as a conduit between the Technical and Sales team, assisting a number of existing customers evangelise and transform their IT Infrastructures.The core objectives of this role are:

  • Work as part of our technical delivering and enablement team, working on high- and low-level designs, implementation plans, architecture optimisation, and pre-sales support based activities
  • As needed, provide technical design authority support the pre-sales/solution architecture team with regards to solution scope and design
  • Presenting to C-Suite type stakeholders around their journey to the cloud
    • You will help deliver Cloud and Virtualisation Strategy-focused consulting and design services, helping clients develop their Roadmap for adoption. As an Azure Consultant you will have experience of MS cloud architectures (Private, Public Cloud and Hybrid) and associatedmigration strategies.You will have an good understanding of the different factors which influence or inhibit Cloud adoption and will be able to guide clients to make the right choices.You will be pivotal in providing strategical advice for a number of internal and external stakeholders around Pre-sales support, Demos, Proof of Concepts, design work for IT Infrastructure environments and a subject matter expert for the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Technical and Sales teams advising them on best fit solutions and processes.You will ideally have industry related Certifications around Microsoft and in particular the Azure Fundamentals as a minimum.Any experience with HPE, Dell, Vmware or Nutanix based products will be advantageous.You will have excellent customer facing skills and must be able to hold your own in sales environments.You will be joining a reputable organisation who will offer excellent personal and career development prospects, whilst working at the forefront of the industry.
