Maintenance of processes and the project management and installation of turnkey solutions on site. Must work safely to environmental and legislative standards while providing technical support and designs to the local operations team. Support the Site Engineeringand Maintenance Manager with all aspects of site engineering activity. • Preventative Maintenance - The role involves supporting the site team in maintaining equipment and minimizing downtime, with a focus on electrical and mechanical safety. This includes ensuring that maintenance tasks are logged in the CMMSto guarantee equipment meets its intended functionality. Additionally, it entails overseeing spare parts needs, coordinating with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Reactive Maintenance - The role involves taking a proactive approach to addressing reactive maintenance needs. This includes keeping maintenance data such as task times and procured spares up-to-date. It also entails identifying and assigningmaintenance tasks to the appropriate owners, as well as raising requests for modifications to the Europe Design and Build Manager.

• Continuous Improvement - The role involves providing support to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager in developing and upholding engineering policies and priorities. This includes closely monitoring the performance of all equipment on-site.Additionally, it entails collaborating with operational staff to actively identify areas for improvement and bringing these to the attention of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

• Engineering capital Projects and Commissioning - The role involves providing consultative expertise and support to the Europe Design & Build Manager in various aspects of engineering projects. This includes collaborating closely with theManager to ensure proper site support for commissioning new equipment. This encompasses confirming the thorough handover of newly commissioned equipment, as well as assisting in the development and estimation of maintenance schedules.

ProfileSummary of Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance:

• Support site team in maintaining equipment and reducing downtime, with a focus on safety.
• Update maintenance tasks in the CMMS for optimal equipment functionality.
• Define, monitor, and manage spares inventory and procurement.
• Train technicians on new equipment and industry standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance activities and monitor equipment performance.

Reactive Maintenance:

• Proactively respond to reactive maintenance needs.
• Keep maintenance data up-to-date.
• Identify and assign maintenance tasks.
• Request modifications as needed.
• Execute maintenance activities and order replacement parts.
• Update maintenance system logs and ensure compliance with regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Assist in developing and maintaining engineering policies and priorities.
• Monitor on-site equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support improvement projects and training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation.

Engineering Capital Projects and Commissioning:

• Provide expertise and support for engineering projects.
• Ensure smooth commissioning of new equipment.
• Develop maintenance schedules and operating guidelines.
• Prepare documentation and support HAZOP and design actions.

Other:

• Represent the company externally for business development.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Perform any additional tasks as required.

Job Offer

1. Competitive Salary: The candidate can enjoy a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000, which reflects the value and importance of their role within the organisation. This compensation package demonstrates the companys commitment to attracting and retaining toptalent in the industry.
