The Role: I am recruiting a Mechanic to service, repair and maintain a wide variety of Grounds Maintenance Machinery, including Tractors, Mowers, Hedgecutters, Strimmers, Chain Saws, Rotavators and a range of hand tools. The successful Mechanicmay have worked with sports field, golf course, horticultural, agricultural or motor machinery or equipment and while they may not have experience of working with all of the equipment, they will have well developed practical skills which they can apply tothe machinery and tools used. The Mechanic will enjoy a large degree of autonomy and will have a proactive approach to machinery maintenance, managing the servicing and maintenance schedules, planning all repairs and maintenance to meet seasonal requirementsand the needs of the business.Salary and Benefits: £28-40,000 (dependant on experience) + 23 days holiday + bank holidays + company pension + PPE equipment + free on-site parking + company events etc. This is a permanent role based in the workshop in Warmley, East Bristol(BS30) and we are happy to consider applicants on a full-time or part-time basis.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.The Company: CPS Grounds Ltd is a well-established and expanding GroundsMaintenance company, who also fulfil a range of landscaping and outdoor projects.
