Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working exclusively with an amazing travel brand in the Bristol area who are looking to hire a new Marketing Manager. With an exceptional portfolioof holidays at your fingertips, you will start off autonomously and will look to build a small team around you.This is a marketers dream. With a good website in place and a strong strategy to work from, you will initially drive web traffic, focus on the customer journey, and will look to grow the number of subscribers, enquiries, and ultimately bookings. This isan all encompassing role so you need to be confident in building a marketing strategy, but just as happy rolling up your sleeves and executing creative campaigns.Youll be expected to grow the subscriber base, increase the social media followings (Facebook and Instagram), improve the email open rates, and push out brand awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns.To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about the travel industry, but also need to be highly commercial. Youll be data driven, comfortable diving into the numbers to monitor performance and trends, and will shout about ROI! Youll havesupport on the content side from the editorial team, there is a good paid media budget to work with, and youll quickly hire your first Exec to support you, with the second planned for the latter part of 2022.This truly is an exceptional opportunity.What experience were looking for
