Job Description

Marketing ManagerBristolSaaS£48k, Bonus, Private Healthcare, 33 days holidayWere partnered with a leading SaaS SME that is looking for a Marketing Manager to join an overall team of seve,The comapny is well known in the SaaS space, and their solution is used by some of the most prestigious players on the planet (not forgetting some smaller businesses!)As of 2023, they have begun expansion plans to double in size in the next 18 months.Their benefits include 30 days holiday, a competitive base salary, training budgets, an annual bonus scheme, Simplyhealth Cash Plan, enhanced maternity/paternity, and more.Theyre currently going into the Bristol office twice a week.Youll need significant experence with end to end campaign management as well as a histroy of successful events ran.Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and brand building activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote our SaaS solutions and increase marketpenetration. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Brand Building: Develop and execute brand building initiatives to establish XYZ SaaS Company as a thought leader in the industry and enhance brand awareness.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to maximize brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct market research, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand building activities.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing strategies, and translate them into actionable plans that drive tangible business results.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in leveraging digital marketing channels and tools to execute successful marketing campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and measure ROI.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to achieve common goals.
