Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Marketing Executive to join our client who is one of the South Wests largest independent insurance brokers. The suitable candidate will have Marketing experience and either a CIM qualification or a related degree. FurtherCIM qualifications will be funded by our client. This is a fantastic position, working within a small team located in Bristol City Centre. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.Benefits and Package for a Marketing Executive:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol City Centre
  • This role is hybrid after the probation period (6 months)
  • Funding for further CIM qualifications
  • Bonus for completing a new qualification
Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:
  • Supporting the Marketing Director in implementing the marketing strategy across various brands and group companies
  • Creating and managing annual marketing plans across four companies within the group
  • Managing various third party relationships including co-ordinating marketing activities
  • Co-ordinating with the Marketing Assistant to ensure all activities in the marketing plans are completed in a timely manner
  • Working with the external digital marketing agency to co-ordinate PPC and SEO campaigns and creating a monthly MI reports
  • Regularly reviewing the various Group websites and update as needed
  • Acting as lead co-ordinator on all events
Key Skills and Experience of a Marketing Executive:
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience is required
  • Experience within consumer marketing and digital marketing is advantageous
  • You will need to have either a marketing degree (or related degree) or hold a CIM qualification
