Job Description

Marketing ExecutiveBristol£25,000 - £32,000 Base + BenefitsDue to consistent and ongoing growth, my client now seeks a Marketing Executive to join their marketing team and work closely within the team to maximise E-Commerce potential and offering. The teams core objective is to drive growth across multiple-channels.This role is primarily focused on driving retention and revenue via customer campaigns as well as continually improving customer journey. The role focuses on content via email, automations and within the online stores.There is also a strong content aspect to this role - creating copy, planning and editing imagery and working alongside the Head of Marketing on video projects.What youll be doing

  • Planning and driving the communications plan for customer comms across 3 brands.
  • Generate content for communications, promotions and website merchandising.
  • Analysing & reporting performance on customer communication channels.
  • Producing and delivering email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and plan requirements for visual marketing assets - photography and video.
  • Photoshop optimisation of imagery from both third parties and our own photography.
  • Generation of ideas to improve our brand communications and customer experience.
What experience youll need
  • Marketing experience across both digital & offline
  • Previous experience in customer communications
  • Strong copy editing ability with high level of accuracy.
  • Some experience in Photography or Videography would be great but not essential.
  • Experience of delivering campaigns in email software such as Mailchimp, Omnisend or Klaviyo.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, working proactively with multiple colleagues.
  • Bags of initiative to develop our brands and carve out your role in the business.
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and adapt
  • E-commerce platforms such as Shopify would be highly advantageous.
  • The successful candidate can get involved in developing content and making decisions on digital copy & website revisions.
