Currently, in its pre-revenue stage - its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strengthto strength, the company aims to double their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contract.In this varied and autonomous role, your main priority will be providing mentorship and leading a team of engineers throughout various technical projects. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing designs to meet required standards, ensuring that theproducts meet quality benchmarks. You will also collaborate with the operations manager to maintain an ISO 9001 quality system, ensuring successful product development and testing.
