After enjoying significant organic growth, the company now has a requirement for a structured reporting framework to be implemented to provide strategic insight into group finances.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take the lead in producing standard management accounting outputs. You will have a proven track-record of delivering management reporting and so this role requires both technical skill and a can-do attitude. You will be comfortable working independently and also in close collaboration with the Head of Finance. Additional duties will include assistance with financial accounts, production accounting, audit preparation, group VAT returns, month-end procedures and some transactional work to assist the team of Finance Coordinators.In return, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark in a dynamic industry, play a key role in shaping the growth of the organisation and work on a flexible basis that suits your own work:life balance.
