Five Education is supporting several challenging secondary schools in Bristol. We are looking for Learning Support Assistants on a supply basis. This is for a general LSA to help support the class, and help several children on a one-one level who strugglewith their behaviour. Some experience in behaviour management is desirable but not essential. The students respond to a well-structured day and positive praise from adults. This role is temporary at the moment but has the potential to become long-term if youget along well. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have an interest in or experience working with children with the willingness to adapt to new situations and think on their feet.
