The Position:-* Working for a niche law firm in the Bristol area* The firm carries out Defendant Litigation in the areas of Commercial/ Insurance/ Construction and Claims, in particular:--- Claims - RCB Adjusting Services, Audit & Investigation, Third Party Administration-- Insurance - Professional Indemnity, Coverage & Reinsurance, Claims Handling, Directors & Officers, Cyber Liability, Financial Services, Legal Expenses, Technical & Commercial, Regulatory, Medical Negligence-- Commercial - Recovery & Enforcement, Directors & Officers, Information Technology, Partnership-- Construction * Assistance is required due to a member of the team off on sick leave and the other team members already at capacity so require an extra pair of hands * Start date - Anytime in the next few months* Duration - 3-6 months and possibly longer or a permanent position may arise as a result of this interim appointment* Flexible as to Part Time or Full Time * FULL TIME REMOTE WORKING is possible for this role, provided you are in frequent communication with the team and the odd office visit may be required as a minimum* Rates can be considered on an hourly, daily or salaried basis and will depend on the experience level of the candidate - above market rates payableThe Candidate:-* Solicitor with any level of experience will be considered* Need to have experience of dealing with some of the work types above, although it is not essential to have handled every type of matter stipulated* You will be able to fit in with a very close working and tight knit team* You will have good IT skills, client care skills and be commercially mindedBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
