Lettings Valuer / Lister - Bristol - Up to £35k packageAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic, forward thinking, and experienced lettings team covering all of North, East and Central Bristol. We are looking for the right personality to join a successful team.Person RequirementsThe right candidate will ideally have at least 12 months+ experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing - with at least 6 months experience valuing property and a track record to show they win instructions. They must have a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal, great attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and develop. Knowledge of the Bristol property market is essential. As a Valuer you will need to have the drive and determination to generate, arrange, and carry out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market. You must be capable of building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords, creating opportunities to increase our portfolio. You will need to be polished and well presented and able to deliver on the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer experiences. Plenty of first-class training and development resources is provided with funding of ARLA exams & qualifications.
