With desirable working hours and a strong salary package, if you are reliable, good with people and an excellent problem-solver, the role of a property manger is an attractive one.Person RequirementsOur client is looking for a confident, pragmatic and highly organised individual with at least 1 years’ experience in Property Management. You must possess strong communication skills to successfully liaise between the relevant parties as well as the ability to prioritise tasks.Role OutlineYou will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, building a good rapport with landlords and tenants. Your primary role is to oversee the running of the property and the maintenance of the building. You will be in charge of ensuring the property is being kept in good condition. You will be exposed to a variety of tasks which will include, but are not limited to, managing maintenance issues, dealing with contractors and scheduling works,implementing rent increases, carrying out inspections, negotiating deposit returns all whilst maintaininga high level of customer service.Role Responsibilities
