Lettings NegotiatorLettings Negotiator / Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent. Our client manages and secures both commercial and residential buildings by occupying them with residential property guardians / short term tenants across the UK. The Lettings Negotiator/ Guardian Recruiter will work with individuals or couples with no dependents or pets and will market, promote and sell the concept of property guardianship to potential occupants in the South West area and in doing so will conduct viewings, check ins, checkouts and will then manage the guardian / tenant including regular property inspections. The South West territory is from Gloucester down to the South West corner, across to Southampton and up to the M4 corridor and back to the Bristol area and some of SouthWales, so the role will involve driving.
