We have built solid partnerships through our commitment to provide the best service to people caring for the most vulnerable people in societyWithin your role, you will be helping support highly reputable organisations across various residential homes for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other additional needs.Personal Care & Meds training is particularly desirable.This role:You will be supporting 5 male and 2 Female serice users, some require personal care, changing of incontinent pads and prompting, others require basic sign language (taught on job) and others low level challenging beheviour. Also cleaning duties, interactingwith the service users and prompting them to go to bed and take medication if needed. The Staff here have been acknowleged for being extremely helpful and supportive to all agency staff, helping you settle in and get to grips with your role.
