Job Title: Learning Development Administration AssistantLocation: BristolPay rate:£10-12P/HHours: 20 HOURS per week flexibleDuration: OngoingOur REED Education FE branch are currently working with a great college on an exciting new role in the Bristol area.Starting immediately, the college are looking for an outstanding Learning Development Administration Assistant to join them on a temporary basis.The College:To serve the Catholic and wider community by providing Sixth Form education of the highest quality and to act in the spirit of the Gospel believing that every person is loved by God and has a unique value.The Role:To support the Learning Development Department in the delivery of an outstanding student experience.To provide high quality general office administrative support for the range of services provided by the Learning Development Department to staff, students and external stakeholders.Must have experience working SEND studentsTo maintain appropriate records om the College’s IT and record systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. (eg VLE, Moodle, Civica & Sharepoint)What you will need:-GCSE Maths and English A*- C grade- Experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour-Excellent organisation, administration, and IT skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners-Business Administrator level 3 (desirable)-Good behaviour management techniquesReed Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
