Our Global CPO leads the team across 3 regions, APAC, EMEA & NAM, with 4 senior leaders reporting directly to the role: a GlobalTalent Acquisition Manager, Global P&C Operations Manager and two Heads of P&C (APAC and EMEA). Together with these senior leaders there is a number of high talented individuals partnering the business across various locations globally.As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning initiatives and empowering our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. Initially focusing on the EMEA region, this role offers a uniqueopportunity to expand your impact globally, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and oversee the implementation of various learning programs, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions
  • Identify skill gaps and development needs within the teams, creating tailored learning solutions to address them. Collaborate with department leaders to identify high-potential individuals and provide targeted development plans to nurture their growth.
  • Create engaging and dynamic learning content, such as training materials, multimedia presentations, and online courses. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to deliver impactful learning experiences.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, either in-person or virtually. Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives through evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously analyze data to measure the impact of learning interventions and make necessary adjustments forimprovement.
  • Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and tools available in the market. Assess their suitability for the companys learning needs and implement appropriate learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital solutions.Oversee the management and maintenance of these technologies to ensure seamless learning experiences.
What you’ll bring:
  • Extensive experience in learning and development, preferably within the marketing services industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning platforms
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning programs
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in creating engaging learning content using various media and technologies
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging practices in learning and development

Role Requirements:This role is based on a hybrid basis from our Bristol office but will include occasional travel to other offices (this could be internationally).Whats on offer
