About the Role This is a unique chance to join an extremely successful consultancy and have a real impact on its continued success.An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced and forward-thinking global business as a Learning and Development Delivery Partner.This role is primarily focused on designing, implementing and facilitating our internal learning programs. In this role, you’ll primarily be expected to work with the Learning team and key stakeholders across the business to collaborate and execute our learningstrategy, focusing firstly on the implementation of our leadership development strategy. BJSS is in a period of rapid growth and development, so in order to succeed in this role you’ll need to enjoy fast-paced environments with a drive to achieve results atscale.This role will:

  • Primarily support the development and execution of our new people leadership development program, curating and delivering leadership content across all technologies and functions
  • Be the primary training facilitator for our internally delivered leadership learning program, supporting leaders across the whole business in a busy consultancy environment
  • Help to embed and provide operational support relating to the implementation, reporting and the administration of the program
  • Create campaign style communication collateral to support the engagement and implementation of the program
  • Support the Learning team in continuously enhancing the way in which we operate, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for automation, improvement and evolution of our learning service offering
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People team and regional stakeholders to ensure we continue to support the right skills needs
  • Enhance our suite of online learning products, internal training solutions and preferred external providers
About You
  • Passionate about people development and learning, supporting the growth of leaders within a complex organisation
  • A natural relationship-builder who can credibly engage senior leaders, challenge thinking appropriately and drive behaviour change
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change, demonstrating the ability to flex at short notice.
  • Proactive, collaborative team member, willing to muck in to support the team and get things done.
  • High level of personal standards when it comes to the quality of delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
  • Have a desire to learn and develop in a growing global consultancy, continuously looking at industry standards and best practice to enhance our learning offerings.
Your Experience:
  • You have considerable experience in leadership training delivery with a background in facilitating to people leaders at all levels
  • You have considerable experience delivering both face-to-face and virtually, leveraging the latest learning theories and methodologies to maximise engagement and learning impact
  • You have experience delivering, designing and implementing learning initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • You have experience handling resistance and challenge with examples on how you supported a shift in mindset
  • You have an understanding of the complexities of a matrix organisation and/or a consultancy environment, and how that relates to learning design and implementation
  • You feel comfortable collaborating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand and support their learning requirements
  • You have knowledge of instructional design and/or learning experience design, particularly human-centred design approaches
Nice to have
  • L&D qualifications/certifications e.g. psychometrics, CIPD, coaching, instructional design
  • Experience embedding social and experiential learning initiatives
