Job Description

You will support the Learning & Development Manager in the co-ordination and delivery ofbehavioural/developmental training, enabling the training team to support the businesss purpose, vision and goal. A role less ordinary.
  • Delivering technical training fornew and existing systems (CRM/PMS etc.), training on Company Standards and working with subject specialists to understand existing and new standards/ processes that require training to colleagues
  • Maintaining an e-learning platforma one stop shop for all training resources that enables a flexible, accessible, anytime approach to learning.
  • Actively promoting and driving footfall towards our e-learning platform, to sustain high levels of learning engagement with the platform.
  • Fostering a blended approach to learning/ trainingfrom webinars, to e-modules, to articles to classroom-based learning
  • Building relationships and working closely with key business functions and stakeholders; Reservations, IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Business Development, Rates and Revenue. Youll build relationships across the business, helping peopleto fully utilise the Learning and Development scheme and recognise their full potential!
Who you are.
  • Training Qualifications desirable but not required. However, you should have experience of delivering training and coaching colleagues individually and in groups.
  • Confidence in IT/Tech and a flexible approach to tasks and hours.
  • Strong customer Service and People Skills, alongside experience with providing feedback.
  • Experience with using and/or training using e-learning; webinars and modules etc.
  • Systems (technical) training experience is essential
  • Hospitality experience is essential
