Job Description

Lead Creative Manager (copy)Hybrid/Bristol office 1 day per week£50k-60kLead Creative Manager who can produce and manage copy at scale!To avoid confusion, this is a copy/content creative manager role.As Lead Creative Manager, you’ll plan, create and deliver creative marketing campaigns that bring the brand to life and grow the member base, helping to reach more people and deliver on this purpose driven mission. The role is hybrid, one day a week in Bristolis essential, so you should live within the Bristol/South West region.What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar copy/content role,
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced/high volume, brand, marketing, content and campaign environment
  • Track record of delivering successful B2C* marketing campaigns *B2C is essential!
  • Amazing and speedy writing and proofreading skills
Plus:
  • Ability to give constructive feedback, coach and manage a team
  • Bachelors degree in journalism, English or similar
  • Ability to plan content and campaigns, and oversee production at volume to deadline
  • Ability to use insights, member and market behaviour to inform and design content and campaign strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including best practices for web design and SEO
  • Knowledge of the full funnel marketing and customer journeys
  • Strong understanding of brand and content strategy
