Their arrayof products includes both ground coffee or whole beans which are sold into retail, wholesale and domestic channels alike.The role: The position of Lead Coffee Technician is a predominantly field based, customer facing role with an additional requirement to be office based (Bristol) when required. You will join a team of experienced technical professionals, providing support to the TechnicalManager to establish and maintain engineering systems business-wide. You will also provide technical solutions on a scheduled and adhoc basis to customers.As the Lead Technician, you will oversee the daily coordination of the adhoc engineering needs of customers as well as organising the scheduled service calendar on a weekly/biweekly basis for the technical team. You will be expected to provide holiday coverfor the Technical Manager to include; ordering machinery, scheduling installations and liasing directly with customers.Other duties:
