Job Description

Role: Principal AI Product LeadSalary: £70K - £130K DOELocation: Bristol / Swindon - 2 days a week A leading SaaS Platform provider are looking for an AI Product "guru" to help them establish an AI function and integrate AI solutions into their internal and external platforms. You will have the opportunity to run a small, dedicated AI function and willbe given full autonomy to define AI within their business. You MUST have broad knowledge of AI, with experience developing solutions and integrating with platforms.Desired Experience:

  • Considerable experience as an AI Consultant, or in an AI Focused role where you have shown an understanding of business and technology.
  • Experience in developing AI solutions within start-up or dynamic industry environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI and ML solutions.
  • Knowledge of generative AI-centric applications and embedding models.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices.
  • An awareness of programming languages such as Python and C#.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, ETL processes, and distributed computing frameworks like Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
  • Shape the strategic direction of AI implementation across 30+ initiatives.
  • Drive AI adoption on internal services.
  • Develop technical integration strategy for the product suite.
  • Develop a "big data" solution across products.
  • Define internal and external technical API strategy.
  • Work with the AI team to enhance existing product set with contemporary technologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI solutions with client data, APIs, and production systems.
  • Conduct data analysis and design machine learning models.
  • Utilize modern ML and AI libraries and frameworks.
  • Deliver reliable solutions collaboratively.
