Job Description

Interim Operation Recruitment SolutionsInterim NHS Lead Administrator required immediatelyRate: £14.34- £17.62 via UmbrellaDuration: 3 months +Location: Bristol (Hybrid Remote)Hours: 37.5Reference: 78352Your duties will include:

  • The post-holder will also be responsible for implementing service developments related to the administrative function of the team.
  • Provide leadership, direction and effective management of the administrative team to provide a culture of learning and effectiveness.
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Quality and Safety team
  • Be responsible for ensuring administrative processes meet the quality standards required both nationally and within the division and are adhered to.
  • Be responsible for administrative responsibility for key high-profile meetings
  • Initiate and implement improvements to the administrative processes
  • Create an open environment which supports communication between all levels of staff.
  • Represent the Quality and Safety team within the organisation and at external forums with regards to service administration and processes.
  • Work with the Head’s and Leads of Service and staff to manage capacity to meet changing demands .
  • Take a lead role in appropriate project work to improve performance and service development, working with Head of Services, IT and Performance Improvement Teams as required.
