Job Profile for Development Land Agent - SW189739We are currently recruiting for a Land Agent to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients Bristol, Truro, Plymouth or Exeter office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area. Our client carryout a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management, Office Agency, through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.The Land Agent will be working closely alongside the existing team of agency surveyors focusing on promoting land, assisting with securing planning consents, acquiring or disposing of sites for clients and identifying and appraising new development opportunities.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, gold a full driving licence and will be South West based.Development Land Agent Position Overview
