Job Description

The Company:

  • My client are a SIPP and SSAS provider based in Central Bristol that are looking to recruit a Junior Pensions Administrator into their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and gain experience in Pensions Administration.
  • Processing client instructions
  • Building good relationships with clients and business introducers.
  • Informing clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits.
  • Ensuring that client deadlines, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • Proactively identifies risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader.
The Role:
  • This is a temporary role expected to last 1-2 years.
  • The company support hybrid/flexible working and will consider candidates looking to work full time or part time.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • The successful candidate will ideally have some prior knowledge or experience of Pensions or Financial Services, although training will be provided upon employment.
Salary/Benefits Information:
  • Hourly rate circa £10p/h - £12p/h
  • Holiday pay
  • Pension contribution
