Job Description

IT Service Management Consultant South West up to £400 per day6 month contractThe RoleAs IT Service Management Consultant you will assist with the deployment of a Service Desk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process review and GAP analysis
  • Design and build of new processes
  • Working with SAFE framework / Ivanti / ITIL
    • The CompanyOur client is a financial institution in the South West.The PersonAs Service Management Consultant you will have a proven IT Services background, creating training workshops to help train staff to the required level. You will also have:
  • strong customer services background
  • ITIL certification
  • knowledge of Ivanti would be advantageous
  • experience in process review and GAP analysis
  • experience of SAFE framework
