Youll support a vital MILSATCOM Service Delivery Organisation, develop and maintain VoIP and Wi-Fi service available worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, youll alsobe part of a multi-million pound programme of technology change. This is a fast-paced, challenging role on a significant project.Day to day, youll be responsible for the review and delivery into service of VoIP and Wi-Fi end to end service, 2nd and 3rd line support, testing & integration of the solution and youll also contribute to the Continuous Service Improvement, developmentroadmap and KPI reporting.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
