Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based in central Bristol with their search for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their highly regarded and successful teamDo you have experience working within a busy service desk environment and have excellent customer service skills.if so this could be perfect opportunity for you!Within this position the successful candidate will support and troubleshoot all aspects of the organisations desktop and application environment. There will be some exposure to the infrastructure environment and so knowledge within this area will be beneficial.Key Responsibilities: Respond to day-to-day queries related to system issues, performance, user requests/queries, web and email services via telephone, email ticketing platform Maintain support tickets correctly and keep the client updated with progress every day Install and support hardware components including laptops, monitors and mobile devices Take responsibility for the ensuring the clients Asset Management inventory is accurate and Starters, Leavers, Change process is followed Communicate with different teams and third parties when necessary to resolve queriesThe successful candidate will have experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 365 Active Directory Administrations Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 Desktop/laptop set-up, configuration and performance tuning Microsoft SCCM Web and E-mail Security Antivirus Software Managed Print Solution software Mobility Software - MDM, iOS, Android etc Mobile Devices - iPhones and iPads etcWorking Hours:Monday to FridayShift Patterns: (Early08.3016.45) (Core09.0017.15) (Late10.1518.30)If you are interested in this opportunity please apply online or for more information please send a copy of your CV and suitable time to call to Successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hours good luck
