Are you working within an admin role and now looking to make a change of sectorLooking for an employer that provides outstanding trainingReed have partnered with an award winning financial and technology business in the heart of Bristol, recruiting for an Administrator to join their Operations Team on a full time permanent basis.Our client is all about collaborative working, their friendly and diverse teams, have a great team spirit, regularly social and wellbeing events and investing in their people.We’re looking to speak with candidates of whom have had a minimum of 12 months Admin experience within an office, who are now looking to work for a rapidly growing company.Some important skills for you to have include:Good communicator, organised, accurate with a strong attention to detail, admin experience in a professional services setting (beneficial), competent IT user in particular MS Office, ability to work well within a team but equally on your own and have a proactiveand ‘can do’ attitude.Involved with:Day to day administration, processing of applications, post in/out, managing of mailbox, data entry, amend client details, set up of funds, monitor payment receipts, process withdrawal, payment processing, processing transfers,Our client will be investing a lot of time into ensuring you’re set up to succeed with their training. The training duration will be roughly 3 months of which will be fully office based, to ensure you soak up the fountains of knowledge in the team. Oncetraining is completed, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days office/2 days home).In return, you will receive a fantastic benefits package including:10% non-contributory pension, 25 days holiday increasing up to 28 days +BH, Life Assurance (8 x salary), Income Protection, Private health insurance and discretionary bonus.
