  • An organised and diligent Manufacturing Engineering biased professional with an appreciation for project delivery/project management &
  • Strong communicator and collaborator,able to build relationships and work effectively within a team.
  • Capable of supporting suppliers / customers to ensure that they develop robust manufacturing systems and control plans
  • Adaptable and eager to learn,with a genuine interest in the defence and manufacturing industries.
About the Role:
  • Spearhead manufacturing system transfers:Manage the transition of production processes from internal teams to external suppliers,ensuring robust capabilities and seamless integration.
  • Lead validation activities:Conduct thorough assessments like FMEAs and MRLs to guarantee production readiness and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate and problem-solve:Partner with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges,troubleshoot issues,and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive quality and improvement:Analyze non-conformances,propose corrective actions,and contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.
Overview
  • Job Title:Industrial Validation Engineer
  • Location:Bristol
  • Hybrid:3 days onsite per week
  • Salary: Circa £50,000,depending on experience)
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in engineering,quality, and/or project delivery.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and / or manufacturing capability transfer experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
