Job Description

Are you seeking a new 12 month fixed term contract Robert Half are working with an award-winning group, operating premium brands across the UK. As the FP&A Manager, you will report to the Finance Director - FP&A and play a crucial role in Group financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate with seniorinternal and external stakeholders and be an integral part of the FP&A team.Job Title: FP&A ManagerLocation: Bristol(2-3 days in the office)Salary: £65,000-£70,000 (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)Role Overview:Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the monthly Board pack, including KPIs.
  • Co-ordinate and consolidate Group Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
  • Own the Group Cashflow forecast.
  • Provide commercial support to group executives, focusing on the Senior Management team
  • Lead year-end preparation of the front end of financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of MI requirements for the Board, Banking relationships, and investors.
  • Oversee PowerBI reporting for Group MI.
  • Work closely with CFO and Finance Director - FP&A on Value Driver initiatives.
  • Continuously improve business systems and processes.
  • Support Finance Director - FP&A with tax planning.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Accounting & Reporting Team for MI requirements at period ends.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
  • Qualified by Experience or Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA)..
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Excellent Excel skills; PowerBI experience is preferable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including Powerpoint presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, hardworking, ambitious, and adaptable to a fast-paced business culture.
  • Autonomous worker with ownership & accountability for the business area.
