Job Description

An exceptional opportunity to build a career within a vibrant insurance team in North Bristol as an Insurance Sales Advisor. This opportunity will allow you to play an important role in the growth of the team and consequently the business.Pay and hours for an Insurance Sales Advisor:

  • £17.5k - £21k salary DOE, Monthly bonus up to £1000 (OTE £24k-£33k)
  • Monday-Friday 9.00 - 5.30, No weekends!
  • Easily accessible location in Aztec West
    • Duties of an Insurance Sales Advisor:
  • Engage with existing customers over the phone to identify their requirements and tailor GAP insurance policies to match their needs.
  • Have and convey in-depth GAP insurance knowledge to existing customers
  • Achieve sales targets, productivity KPIs and quality assurance scores
  • Ensure regulatory TCF, compliance and internal process are meticulously adhered to throughout the sales cycle in line with FCA requirements
  • Uphold and promote the companys core values and cultures
    • Requirements for an Insurance Sales Advisor:
  • Outbound Sales Experience Required
  • You will have the confidence to deal with customers over the phone and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment.
  • You display a can-do and positive mind-set
  • You must have previous experience of communicating with people at varying levels and the ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to ensure you are providing the first-class service required
