You will work on cases at a corporateand also a personal level and will deal with all aspects of insolvency including asset recovery, insolvency litigation and corporate recovery. Naturally you will be managed and mentored by one of the partners.THE CANDIDATE: You will either be a newly qualified solicitor who will have undertaken at least one seat in insolvency or may have up to 2 years post qualification experience.
