You will work on cases at a corporateand also a personal level and will deal with all aspects of insolvency including asset recovery, insolvency litigation and corporate recovery. Naturally you will be managed and mentored by one of the partners.THE CANDIDATE: You will either be a newly qualified solicitor who will have undertaken at least one seat in insolvency or may have up to 2 years post qualification experience. You will be working at either a leading national or regional law firm and will be keen to embarkyour professional legal career within the insolvency field. You will have a strong academic background and have the ability to think on your feet. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be keen undertake a client facing role, you will also be requiredto business develop and network within the local market.
