Job Description

Are you IT proficient with excellent written and verbal communication skills Then this may be the role for you.Our client, an Independent Financial Advisory firm, is looking for a bright and enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their Bristol office.You will:

  • Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
  • Reception duties including answering the phones, scanning, sorting inbound and outbound post
  • Administering client investments and arranging the withdrawal of client monies
  • Producing client valuation reports
  • Processing new business applications and monitoring to completion
Your skills:
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to self-manage and prioritise
  • The ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
  • Administrative experience would be advantageous
  • Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
