Job Description

Job Title: IFA AdministratorLocation: Bristol, United KingdomSalary: £25,000 - £32,000We are working with a highly reputable and well-established Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Bristol. Our client has a strong track record of delivering exceptional financial advice and personalised solutions to their clients. They are now seekingan experienced and dedicated IFA Administrator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team of Independent Financial Advisers in delivering outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation ofdaily activities, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, such as processing new business applications, maintaining client records, and preparing client reviews.
  • Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and assist with diary management for the advisers.
  • Prepare and process client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaise with product providers and platforms to obtain information and resolve queries.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with utmost care.
  • Support the firms compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
