Job Description

Position: Hybrid Infrastructure Business Development ManagerSalary: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic + OTE: £40,000 - £50,000+ (Uncapped)Location: Bristol Job Type: PermanentThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven person to join and assist the further strategic development and growth of our Hybrid Infrastructure business. You will work within the Pre-Sales team to uncover and solve business and technical problems for new and existing customers. You will understand customer goals and challenges around Hybrid Infrastructure and providing solutions, with supporting vendors, to meet the requirements.Hybrid Infrastructure Business Development Manager Description:You will take lead in working with our clients key Hybrid Infrastructure vendors/partners. You will bring their solutions into our clients Account Managers and articulate how our client can help customers meet the challenges of modernising and scaling their on-premise infrastructure and cloud, to ensure optimal efficiency and performance in a secure manner. This role has been developed to target new and existing customers. Our client will encourage and support you to develop the role in alignment with market changes/trends. The following key aims are expected:

  • Understand solution selling and continue building the strategy from traditional infrastructure to an increasing focus on cloud and hybrid environments, with templated offerings and services
  • Proactively hunt new business within the sales teams and educate Account Managers on our key solutions
  • Actively manage and update our Hybrid Infrastructure portfolio - with focus on growing vendors such as HPE, DELL, Microsoft Azure and Nutanix.
  • At a high-level, understand the breadth and depth of key vendor product portfolios
  • Create and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors and surrounding service partners
  • Build and work with marketing on focused Hybrid Infrastructure campaigns/events
  • About you:
  • Solution selling experience in a similar role is desirable
