Job Description

Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a global organisation on the recruitment of an interim HR Manager, for initially a 12-month fixed term contract. However, there is a chance of the role becoming a permanent position after the initial 12-monthperiod.Our client has presence all over the world and are a market leader in the services they provide. With significant growth plans, and continually winning new contracts & business, its a great time for an experienced HR professional to join them on their journey.We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their Bristol office as a standalone HR Manager, reporting into a Senior HR Manager in London. You will support an employee base of around 200 employees across all elements of HR.This is a home-based role, with regional travel as the business requires.Responsibilities of the HR Manager will include but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing all aspects of HR management in the Bristol office.
  • Developing & implementing recruitment strategies to both attract and retain candidates as well as managing recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers.
  • Managing any employee relations issues, conflicts and concerns, as well as ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Supporting with training & development, identifying training needs and supporting employees through their professional development.
  • Other project work in areas including HR metrics & reporting, employee engagement, benefits, performance management and more.
Your Profile:
  • Strong proven experience working in a similar HR position, with a CIPD qualification.
  • Ability to work well autonomously, and in a remote working environment.
  • A confident communicator, able to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Someone who embraces challenge and is hands on and proactive.
  • Working proficiency of the French language would be highly desirable.
