Job Description

My client, a leading, global law firm is at the start of the implementation of a new Workday cloud-based HR HCM technology, and we are currently looking for support in an essential and exciting project for the next 12 months.I am now looking to speak to experiencedHR Workforce Analytics Analysts, with prior work experience with extensive knowledge of HR /People reporting technology and practices.This role will suit an experienced individual who has a proven background of understanding customer requirement and delivering reports and Business Intelligence that informs business decisions in a forward facing organisation . A confident, calm and crediblemanner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role. Skills & Experience required

  • Advanced use of Excel
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Deep understanding of HR technologies
  • Workday experience is desirable although not essential
  • Demonstrable skills in one or more self-service BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • A systemic approach to work, Management and driving positive change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
