Job Description

HR Systems Manager- Fixed Term 12 months - covering maternity leave£31-£32k p.aBristolOur client, a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities & metal health needs, has an excellent opportunity for a HR Systems Manager to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract!The role:

  • To work collaboratively with other members of the HR team to ensure a full, integrated HR service.
  • Support the SMEs and HRIS Product Owner in the implementation of new modules and processes
  • Take responsibility for managing smaller implementations and projects across HRIS, with the support of SMEs and HRIS Product Owner
  • Oversee employee changes via employee & manager self-service, inputting and amendment of data and carrying out data entry when necessary
  • Provide training to HR users; maintain a set of brief how to’ guides on key tasks
  • Produce scheduled, exception and ad-hoc reports from HR systems
  • Support relevant SMEs in analysis of data from reports
Key skills and experience:
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Power Apps and databases
  • Previous experience of using SaaS based HCM systems
  • Experience of data entry, cleansing and quality checking for reporting purposes
  • Effective time management and work prioritisation skills.
  • Experience of working with an electronic rostering system would be an advantage
