Job Description

CMS, a future-facing International Law Firm, is looking for an experienced HR Operations Analyst ideally with prior work experience within a professional services or corporate environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. About the roleThe HR Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the data held in HR systems is accurate and complete, as well as to ensure the processes and procedures followed by the HR Operations Team are documented and support the effective operation of the HR systems. You will also support all HR and Benefits processes to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently. Duties include:- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of people data into HR systems.- Ensure that data entered is in the correct format and complete.- Conduct data entry reviews and checks for peers to ensure a robust approach is taken and general areas for improvement are identified and actioned. - To undertake regular data validation checks of PeopleSoft data to ensure it is accurate and correct. - Understand the impact of entering data changes in HR systems to ensure data is aligned and accurate.- Test upgrades and changes to the HR systems. - Proactively seek out ways to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data entry into HR systems.- To investigate and respond to queries from other teams about the data held in HR systems. PeopleSoft.- To work with the HR Generalists, HR Systems, HR Reporting and Finance teams to investigate and action People Data matters.- To maintain a suite of HR systems task lists.- To develop HR systems knowledge, skills and awareness of the HR Operations Team members. ensure all data is processed and managed in line with GDPR.- To work with the HR Systems team to undertake bulk data updates in PeopleSoft.- Play a key role in contributing to updating Employee Lifecycle and Benefits processes to ensure they are clearly and accurately documented. - To process Employee Lifecycle and Benefit changes as required.- To respond to queries from the HR and Benefits inboxes as required.- To support projects as required.About you- Must have excellent numerical and analytical skills.- Data analysis skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Can work within a team as well as independently.About usCMS is an international law firm with leading businesses throughout Europe, The Middle East, Asia and beyond.
