Robert Half are currently working with a growing organisation based in Central Bristol. We are looking for a proactive and hands on HR Manager, who continue to develop the organisations people strategy, develop the HR Coordinator, and collaborate with seniorleadership. An individual who places value on employee emgagement and development, as well is comfortable with an operational role day to day would suit.Role Responsibilities- Work with SLT to enhance and develop people strategy- Full ER responsibility, developing management in how to handle ER matters- Develop HRIS system- Set out key initiatives around employee engagement, conduct employee engagements survey and action accordingly- Identify areas for development and upskill, and arrange or deliver training as necessary- Work with the HR Coordinator to take ownership employee lifecycle- Ownership of recruitment needs in the business, working with hiring managers to indentify needs, maintain agency relationshipsPerson Specification- Ideally experience a growing organisation- Interest in working both operationally and strategically- Level 5 CIPD- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership- Creative and forward thinking, solutions focusedRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
