Thats where you come in"We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team, in an exciting opportunity for someone who can bring their previous Tech Industry experience to a new role - one where you can create, build, implement and project manage, alongsidea highly collaborative and forward-thinking people team"Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Inputting to and championing the people agenda for your business area and communicating its strategic importance across the business.
  • Partnering leaders and managers to translate business and people strategies into actionable plans.
  • Driving engagement to ensure a culture where people want to work, and performance is high.
  • Building capability by inputting into succession planning and talent management.
  • Driving improvements in line manager capability, coaching and mentoring to improve manager effectiveness.
  • Providing support and guidance to ensure effective employee relations handling
  • Using HR analytics and data to provide key insights to inform business decisions, organisational structures and targeted initiatives
  • Partnering with the wider People Team (L&D, TA, Reward, Internal Communications, Shared Services)
  • Continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Leading and contributing to projects outside your direct area of responsibility
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Confident working knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid commercial acumen
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills - complex issues are broken down and options/approaches evaluated and presented thoughtfully
  • Resilient, practical and a self-starter; comfortable with working on own and in teams
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Able to thrive in fast paced environments and operate successfully where there is ambiguity
  • Have a desire to be part of a commercially focussed, progressive and high performing people team
