Our client is the largest group of its kind in Europe who have grown quickly through friendly acquisition. They are in 20 European countries and recently broke into North America to become the fastest growing business in the World.They are delivering a Global HR Transformation Programme affecting people, process, and technology and the new HRIS is Ceridian Dayforce. The programme is being delivered in Clusters of countries with UK as Cluster 0 where the system went live in January2022. Germany is in Cluster 1 and processes are currently being captured and defined and then finalised mid to end of June to then be tested for implementation into Dayforce.For Maternity cover, we are now looking for a Day Rate HR Business Analyst to pick up the process requirements (30% done), complete and then take over Testing, implementation, and documentation. To qualify for this role though, we need someone that can speakfluent German and has worked within German HR previously. However, you do not need to be based in Germany. This role is 100% remote bar 1, maybe 2 trips to Munich for Teams meetings.Experience Required:
