Job Description

HR AdvisorRemote working with 1 day a week in the Bristol office. (Currently Thursday).£30-£35k p.aOur client, a fintech company, helping people to grow their credit score, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team!The role:

  • Own HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, leave, and performance management
  • Be the first port of call for performance managers to support them with HR queries and needs including advice on employment law and regulation
  • Identify and respond to employee requests for support and guidance
  • Assist in the talent acquisition process , partnering with performance managers in to bring the best and right talent into the business
  • Assist with job descriptions, advertising and interviews
  • Manage recruitment agencies and third parties, such as training providers
  • Work with the People team to develop and deliver policies and processes
  • Collaborate with the People team and the wider business on strategic
projects
  • Help develop and implement training and development programs that promote learning and development
  • Work to deliver employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage multiple stakeholders at any one time, prioritising and working to agreed timelines
Key skills/ experience:
  • 2+ years experience in a HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices and the ability to research and problem solve issues
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, confident and able to build great relationships at all levels
  • Experience with HR technology and systems
