Our client is looking for a HR AdvisorNormal Place of Work: South Bristol (Hengrove) though travel to all sites across Bristol will be expected.They have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor at their College. The role is an exciting and varied one that will see you providing HR advice to managers, in accordance with employment legislation, policies & procedures and good employment practicesand getting stuck in to all elements of generalist HR work.Ideally you will be at least CIPD qualified to level 5 but if not and you have the relevant HR experience, they would support you to achieve your qualification fully funded. The College is a busy place to work and you will be need to be resilient with excellentcommunication and influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships.The role will be based at them in Hengrove and travel to other sites will be needed ad hoc. In addition, once trained in post, this role can also take advantage of occasional home working to suit the needs of you and the business. For the right candidate,they would be willing to consider a part time application over 4 days.What they offer:
