This role is 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday (flexible on days, however, must be available until 4pm).The second opportunity they have is for a People Services Administrator. This role is 21 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday working days (Can be flexible but Monday is required).The People Services & Delivery Team seek to create the best experience for their most important asset: their people. They aim to deliver an excellent experience for candidates, employees, managers, and senior leaders, making it as easy as possible for people to do what they need to do throughout the employee life cycle.A role you will loveThey have the opportunity for an experience Payroll Administrator, to join the team. The Payroll Administrator is a cross-functional role, responsible for providing a consistent payroll service and support to all responsible locations andbusiness units across the payroll department. The role will ensure accurate and timely preparation and processing of the companys 4 monthly payrolls and support enquiries from employees and line managers. Other key responsibilities will include, but not subjecttoo:

  • Processes withholdings, deductions, wage deductions, or other special payroll actions and changes affecting net wages
  • Escalates payroll issues
  • Follows wage policies, procedures and work methods associated with assigned duties
  • Maintains current knowledge of UK legislation affecting payroll
They would expect you to have working knowledge of payroll practices and people systems with prior experience operating across the UK. Along with, but not subject too:
  • Working knowledge of payroll and practices across including statutory requirements such as year-end reporting
  • Knowledge of ADP would be an advantage
  • Experienced in working across multiple payroll entities
They have another, amazing opportunity to join their People Services team as a People Services Administrator who will provide transactional administrative support to both managers and employees in relation to all people related activity and changes.Key accountabilities within the role, will be subject but not limited to:
  • Process all work requests accurately and within SLAs for example employee lifecycle changes, referencing, and internal transfer processing.
  • Maintain new and existing employee details using the company integrated Employee system (PeopleSoft) in line with their SLAs
  • Align to compliance regulations
  • Monitor and ensure prompt execution of work queues, providing timely resolution to all queries
Your previous skills, experiences, and competencies, would include:
  • Experience within a HR administration / Shared service environment
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Be able to work as part of a team, using your initiative, whilst understanding the limits of own authority
