About the Role Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will ensure the delivery of a proactive and high quality Benefits and HR Administration service to the business including:* Providing proactive, timely and high quality HR support, handling day-to-day matters such as responding to queries relating to the firms benefit offerings, ensuring monthly provider reports are issued and provided to payroll, ensuring the HR database(PeopleSoft) is updated promptly every month with Employee and Partner benefits data, and playing an active role in the accuracy of the firms flexible benefits portal (Orbit) in terms of employee data and benefits information with professionalism, commercialityand a high level of customer service. * Supporting HR Operations Manager and Benefits and HR Administration Team Leader on more complex issues. * Supporting cyclical HR activity such as benefits and annual reward cycle. * Working with colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the HR function.* Ensuring smooth handling of workflow to all teams.* To maintain and oversee accurate trackers and reporting on benefit/rewards activity to all practice groups. About You The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent administration skills or looking for more experience in a varied HR role. You will have a proactive administration/customer service focus and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced team. With anexcellent level of written and spoken English, you will have good analytical skills and are able to build relationships at all levels based on trust, respect and service delivery.You will have a working knowledge of IT and a wide range of administration duties, as well as a high level of attention to detail. You are methodical and organised in your approach, an energetic resilient individual, who has a proactive can do attitude,with a willingness to learn and develop.
