Job Description

The Company:Our client is a building, construction and refurbishment company who have a wide range of clients, no client is too big or small and they are always consistent with their quality of work. The Job:Reporting into their Office Manager, this role will be a really busy and varied role working as a Helpdesk Co-ordinator.Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls/emails for the business in a timely and professional fashion.
  • Receiving and processing calls/jobs utilising helpdesk software.
  • Allocating work orders to directly employed labour team or approved contractors.
  • Liaising with engineers and tracking progress against KPIs/SLAs.
  • Reporting back to clients on job progress and updating job systems.
  • Planning, assigning, and monitoring PPMs.
  • Assisting other office staff with clerical duties as required
  • Any other tasks deemed
The Person:For this role our client is looking for someone who has previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment. Also required is:
  • Experience working within a similar helpdesk role or office environment. (FM experience desirable)
  • Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to duties.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your time.
The Location:Bedminster (with car parking) Bristol - 100% office basedThe Hours:Monday to Friday 8am -5pmThe Salary:Flexible with experience but c 23,000The Benefits:21 days holiday + bank holidays + car parking
