Job Description

Wellbeing / Health and Safety Administrator Bristol c. £20,000 p.a. + benefitsContract role: 6 to 12 months maternity coverJoin this top performing training company as Employee Wellbeing CoordinatorThe RoleAs Wellbeing / Health & Safety Coordinator you will focus on supporting implementation, delivery and communication of Health & Safety, Safeguarding and wellbeing activities, acting as point of contact for employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • training / coordinating internal team of designated mental health first aiders
  • providing advice & guidance to line managers on employee health related concerns
  • analysing data re. employee absence, identifying initiatives to mitigate this
  • managing referrals to occupational health and supporting return to work processes
  • regular review of Employee Assistance Programme / promoting mental & physical wellbeing
  • monthly H&S facility checks / responsibility for employee H&S training
  • supporting HR department in management of recruitment and risk assessments

Ideally with an understanding of HR policy and employment law you will also have:

  • excellent communication skills
  • good organisation / ability to prioritise
